LITEC X and H Series Truss and Structures - 13 end-plated aluminium truss series, plus towers, ground support and custom geometry, stocked and supported Australia wide by TSA
Truss that carries the whole show.
The LITEC X and H end-plated system - 13 series from flat ladder to heavy square, plus the towers, spans and custom geometry built from them. Stocked in Australia, engineered to your load.
Five families.
One plate system.
Every LITEC series ends in the same die-cast plate, so families mix, extend and reuse across years. Start from the cross-section your span and look call for, then scale the series.
One plate.
Every structure.
Truss is the engineered aluminium framework that carries lighting, audio, scenery, screens and performers above a stage or floor. The LITEC X and H end-plated system spans flat ladder truss to heavy square - and the towers, ground-support roofs, long clear spans and curved features built from it.
What sets it apart is the die-cast end plate. Every section ends in the same plate, so a truss bought years apart still bolts up true, with minimal twist. That plate takes two connections: a double-cone spigot for fast load-in, or a concealed bolt for clean, snag-free sides. It is one part of the full Lifting & Rigging range.
Double-cone spigot. The QXFC quick-fit kit drops in, pins and springs lock - the fastest connection, and the basis of every published load table.
Four jobs, one system.
Pick the section,
not the compromise.
Thirteen series on one end-plate system, grouped into five cross-sections. Each is the right answer to a different span and load - here is how they differ, and how to spec the one your structure needs.
Every series shares the same die-cast end plate, so families mix and reuse across years. LITEC sections and components carry TÜV SÜD product certification; assembled structures are engineered per project. Load tables run to EN 1999-1-1 on the spigot connection, with self-weight already deducted. Spans reach 18 m; the heavy QH40SA carries up to 3650 kg/m at a 1 m span.
Ladder truss for grids and infill.
The most compact sections - two chords in a ladder, 25 or 29 cm wide. Light and low-profile, the fit for lighting grids, scenic infill, banner supports and short spans to 6 m. FX30SA carries up to 935 kg/m at a 1 m span and integrates with the square 29 cm system.
Long reach, low profile.
Three chords in a triangle for long spans with a discreet footprint. The slim bent-profile diagonals keep it visually quiet for arches and feature spans to 16 m. TX is the standard line; TH adds the anti-torsion Heavy build where the load climbs.
The workhorse of the range.
QX30SA balances weight, size and load better than anything else here - the default for overhead rigging, exhibition and touring, spanning to 18 m. Step up to QX40SA for higher payloads and tower duty, or down to QX25SA where weight and budget lead.
Maximum payload and tower duty.
The Heavy line: thicker Ø48 x 3 mm tubes and an anti-torsion build for maximum payload, long spans and tower truss. QH40SA carries up to 3650 kg/m at a 1 m span. The Z central-chord variants are built to centre-hang LED walls and balanced loads.
High capacity, compact footprint.
One plated rectangular section - 40 cm deep for capacity, 29 cm wide to stay compact. High performance where a square 40 would be too bulky. Junctions are handled by the Heavy-Duty Dado box system, in any direction.
Not sure which series your structure needs? Send the span, the load and where it hangs or stands, and we will spec it and supply it from Australian stock. Truss pairs with the EXE Rise chain hoists, Atlas controllers and the full rigging line.
